Our work hours steadily increase, yet income for all but senior executives has lost ground during the last 30 years (wage statistics).


We spend the most hours of the best days of our lives working for the company. Our families, friends and communities get what's left - broken relationships, children growing up alone, anonymous neighbors.

Yet the company scans our email, tells us how to dress, censors us in overt and subtle ways (fight back).

We devote most of our lives to the corporation, but the full expression of life at work is prohibited. It's unprofessional, disruptive; said to be "creating a hostile environment."

If we don't conform, if we don't work longer hours with enthusiasm, our families go without. They are hostage.

But if we don't fight back, we doom our descendants to lives like ours: draft animals for business.

It's our country - let's take it back.

With each round of layoffs and belt-tightening, those left in the cubicles do more. And they do it for free. Meanwhile, executive pay has increased. This has little to do with working hard and getting ahead, rather, it's the emergence of a priveleged, permanent, ruling class.

For the remaining 95% percent of us, whether conservative or liberal, religious or hedonist, we all have the same labor laws, the same health care needs, and our taxes in common.

Fight Back

Hold big business accountable, just as each of us is responsible for our own actions. You must decide for yourself what "big business" means. But we must demand accountability all the way down to the level of our individual supervisors:

Work is not apart from life, it is a part of life

Historians commonly observe that a state's stability is proportional to its distribution of wealth. The US is headed toward greater instability. Our employers must act like they're one of us, citizens like any other. They can do it voluntarily, or we can legislate it - I think they'll choose the former, mostly.

Fight now with ballots, so our children do not have to fight with bullets.
