With each round of layoffs and belt-tightening, those left in the cubicles do more. And they do it for free. Meanwhile, executive pay has increased. This has little to do with working hard and getting ahead, rather, it's the emergence of a priveleged, permanent, ruling class.

For the remaining 95% percent of us, whether conservative or liberal, religious or hedonist, we all have the same labor laws, the same health care needs, and our taxes in common.
Hold big business accountable, just as each of us is responsible for our own actions. You must decide for yourself what "big business" means. But we must demand accountability all the way down to the level of our individual supervisors:
